Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are packed and posted by hand, usually within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.

Delivery time
Once posted, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. This is an estimate from the carrier, not a guarantee.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated after three business days, email hello@themisccollective.com and we will look into it.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email us and we will either replace it or refund you.

Returns
Returns must be sent via USPS. We will provide the return address by email.

Wrong address
If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately. If the order has not shipped we can correct it. If it has already shipped we cannot reroute it.
